Overview
This roomy semi-detached house is in the north Cornish harbour town of Padstow and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 2 x double bedrooms and big family bathroom with bath, basin, WC and separate shower on the first floor and two twins plus a shower room with shower, basin and WC on the second floor. Ground floor WC and basin. Kitchen with utility and dining areas and a sitting room.
In Padstow, 350 yards up from the pretty harbour front, a handsome, early Victorian, semi-detached house on three floors, with typical lofty ceilings, huge windows and generous-sized rooms.Several pubs, bars and restaurants within 1/4 mile of the front door. In front of Shore Lodge (rare in this narrow-streeted village) is a paved parking area measuring 6.4 metres in length, and, at the back, a neat enclosed garden (table/chairs, barbecue) on two levels (2 steps). The house accommodates eight people and has two double bedrooms and two twins, a smart family bathroom and a shower room. There?s a kitchen with dining and utility areas and a sitting room. Ground floor WC. Shore Lodge is a spacious holiday home ideal for families wanting to explore this delightful part of north Cornwall. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Padstow is situated at the head of the Camel Cycle Trail and is a fantastic base for exploring the South West Coastal Path which opens up routes to beautiful Cornish countryside. This delightful fishing port is surrounded by sandy beaches and offers many opportunities to taste the locally sourced produce in celebrity owned establishments.
