This 17th cent. Grade II listed, pet friendly cottage is close to the beach in Cawsand and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x King-size double, 1 x Twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.

Night storage heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power and starter pack for the wood burning shove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request. Parking is available in a public car park nearby. Enclosed garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. If you would like to bring a puppy to the property please enquire first. Sorry no smoking.
