Overview
This superb, contemporary house in Downderry has outstanding panoramic sea views and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Over two floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king-size double with en-suite shower room. 2 x king-size double, one with walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Sitting room with gas fire, dining area and glazed doors to decking with glazed balcony rails. Kitchen with breakfast bar.
High above the beach in Downderry is Rock Rose, a beautiful seaside home. This superb house has four bedrooms and sleeps eight people. On the ground floor is a ground floor king-size double with an en-suite shower room, with three further bedrooms, all with stunning sea views and two more elegant shower rooms on the first floor. The open plan living area has been arranged to ensure that the magnificent seascape is never far from view. Outside is a width of house decked area with table and chairs and a Mediterranean sunken garden as well as parking for two cars. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Downderry is a small quiet coastal village situated in south east Cornwall. Downderry has a sheltered beach, Post Office and shop, deli, and a cliff top pub and an excellent restaurant, serving quality local food

"In August this year, I went to Rock Rose with my family and my parents who were visiting us from India. I had booked 3 night stay. After a long drive of almost 3 and half hours, when we reached Rock Rose, we all forgot our tiredness. The property was in perfect condition. Nice dining and sitting area looking towards ocean. It had a large decking area with step garden - Nice sitting area. Kitchen was fitting with modern appliances. It has a bedroom in ground floor and 3 bedrooms on first floor. Ground floor bedroom is en-suite so is master bedroom on first floor. master bedroom also has large walk-in wardrobe space. Our stay was very comfortable. No complaints at all. It was a memorable holiday for all of us as we all were together on a holiday after so many years and Rock Rose made it special. Highly recommend Rock Rose to anyone. It can sleep up to 8 people."
