This 17th cent. pet friendly cottage with sea views is close to beach in Kingsand and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Over three floors - First floor sitting room with open fire. 1 x single bedroom. Second floor: 1 x double bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor dining room with multi-fuel stove and galley kitchen.

Central heating, open fire with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone incoming calls only only, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Parking is available in a public car park nearby (charged). Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property, Note: Parking is in a public car park 150 yards from the property, it is possible to load/unload outside.
