Overview
This superb, modern house in Talland Bay, has use of an indoor swimming pool, wonderful sea views and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Over two floors. Three ground floor bedrooms. 2 x king-size double bedrooms, one with en suite shower-room. 1 x adult bunk room. Bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. First floor: Open-plan living area with sitting area with wood burning stove and glazed doors to balcony, dining area and kitchen. Utility room.
The Sealoft is a semi-detached 'upside down' house with splendid long views to the sea, a ten minute walk up from the picturesque cove of Talland Bay. Sleeping six in three bedrooms - two king-size doubles, one with en suite shower-room and a bunk room. Family bathroom on ground floor and, upstairs, a large, open-plan living/dining room and kitchen area with wood-burning stove and patio doors to a good-sized balcony where you can enjoy al fresco meals or sundowners and long sea views. It forms part of a development with use of indoor heated swimming pool, fitness room, sauna and small (unfenced) natural outdoor plunge pool. Spa treatments are available. The Coast Path is a few minutes walk away offering fantastic walking right from the door and the pretty fishing villages of Looe and Polperro are nearby with excellent seasonal boat trips available. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Central heating, underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars in a reserved parking space. Barbecue, indoor pool, sauna. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Check-in time 4pm.
