Perched on the river Fowey, Golant is a quaint Cornish waterside village offering a Fisherman's Arms pub, the Cormorant Hotel and Restaurant and a retail art gallery. This charming village, due to the stretch of the River Fowey Golant sits on, has inspired many writers including the author of "The Wind in the Willows".
