Oil fired central heating. Electric underfloor downstairs heating, woodburning stove. Electric range, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front gardens, rear courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: Dogs not to be allowed in bedrooms. Note: The woodburning stove in the sitting area is not in use and for ornamental purposes only. Note: Sorry, no children below 10 years of age. Please note that check in for this property is 4pm. Due to the rural location of the property wifi can be intermittent, it may not always be possible for streaming and downloads.

A village in between the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors National Parks. Snape is home to a gastropub and a 15th century castle. Nearby is Bedale, providing a amenities, a golf course and a museum. Thirsk offes fine architecture, as does Darlington 21 miles north, a large market town with a shopping centre. The two National Parks nearby are showcase views from walking and cycling paths.
