Tegfan is a delightful, beautifully renovated cottage in the village of St Harmon in Powys. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a twin as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a conservatory. To the outside is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with hot tub and fire pit. Set in wonderful surroundings, Tegfan is a property that can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine, TV with DVD player and WIFI. Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden with hot tub and fire pit. Travel cot and highchair available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. Shop 4 miles and pub less than 1 mile. Elan valley, fishing, fantastic walks all close by. Note: This property is surrounded by owners working farm. Note: The hot tub will not be to temperature on arrival due to being cleaned on each changeover. Note: Due to the location of the property, mobile phone signal may be limited

The village of St. Harmon is located on the River Marteg in the county of Powys, amidst the beautiful countryside surrounding Rhayader. Rhayader is a bustling market town with an abundance of small unusual shops, many eating establishments and pubs, a leisure complex, and for outdoors enthusiasts, cycle hire is available in the town. There is a wonderful feeding station for Red Kites near Rhayader, where they can be observed quite closely.

"Beautiful bungalow in a beautiful location. When we arrived it was so nice and so thoughtful of Leanne & Graham to leave us some welcome gifts. They were certainly well received, arriving on a Friday evening. The bungalow was lovely and clean, spacious and cosy, with all the amenities needed for our stay. Although the weather stopped us getting out as much as we normally would, the peaceful location made for a relaxing week. Being so close to the Elan Valley is a great bonus and after a scenic walk it was lovely to come back and relax in the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this bungalow to anyone looking for a lovely accommodation in a great location. "
"Well equipped bungalow. Great for access to the Elan valley (you have to visit there). Could just do with some local information on dog walks and a more private way to access the hot tub maybe. Saying that, it really is a home from home, very clean, great for dogs. Thank you."
