South-facing patio with furniture, fire pit, and barbecue, leading to a waterfall and a pond. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles and pub 1 miles. Note: Private chef available at extra cost. Note: There are steps inside the property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a slope from the patio leading to a pond and stream, care should be taken. Note: The WiFi at the property can be limited at times.

Full of history, the village of Slaithwaite retains several buildings from the mid 15th century, including Slaithwaite Hall in Yorkshire. The viaduct dominates the skyline and is an awe-inspiring sight, whilst the village centre is very pretty with the restored Huddersfield Canal winding through. The nearby village of Marsden boasts the tourist attractions of Tunnel End and the National Trust's Marsden Moor Estate, which is a haven for walkers.
