Two bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor double (zip/link available on request.) Ground floor bathroom with bath with shower overhead, basin and WC. First floor kitchen. First floor sitting room with dining area with electric fire.

To the outside there is off road parking. 1 Park Nook is a homely cottage in a great location, ideal for a peaceful retreat at any time of the year. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car, additional free parking and The Cow Inn next door. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1 min walk, shop 8 mins walk. Note; Garden is shared with 2 Park Nook. Note; There may be some road noise.

The hamlet of Waberthwaite is on the West Coast of Cumbria in the Lake District National Park, comprising of a scattering of cottages, farm dwellings and a pub. Waberthwaite enjoys a position amidst countryside and is situated close to beaches, coastal walks and conservation areas. The skyline is dominated by the peaks of Scafell, Great Gable, Hard Knott, Harter Fell and Muncaster Fell and nearby the valleys of Eskdale and Dunnerdale provide scenery to be enjoyed. Local attractions include Muncaster Castle, a World Owl Centre and the Ravenglass to Eskdale miniature railway, all of which provide wonderful and varied days out.
