Communal grounds and a small enclosed courtyard to the rear. Resting in a pleasant location with lovely surroundings, 4 Spittal Farm is a charming cottage in a relaxing part of England. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Patio area to the front with gravelled area and furniture. Communal grounds, and small enclosed courtyard to the rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 miles. Note: Cottage is located near a busy main road, may be some traffic noise.

"This cottage has truly everything and such and a very accommodating friendly landlady. There is a well stocked larder in the cottage and 2 supermarkets Lidl and coop within 2 minute drive. So I would recommend just pack your clothes and check what is already here. We had a lovely stay and would gladly come back"
