Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Children 10+ only. Off-road parking available. Raised decking with furniture and attached secluded orchard area. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4.5 miles. Note: Mind step between sitting and dining areas.

The Eden project is within 15 miles and Plymouth is a 30-minute drive with its harbour district, aquarium, and a selection of shops, restaurants and theatres.
