Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed lawn and patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Property is on a working farm where there is a farm shop which is open Fridays and Saturdays.

Within the High Weald AONB, Rushlake Green is situated for walking, cycling and birdwatching. The village has a shop and pubs serving food. Nearby Heathfield offers shops and eateries, and hosts an agricultural show each May, and a French/English market day in August. Tunbridge Wells and Lewes are nearby and worth a look.

"were do you start ,the fact we turned up and there was milk in fridge , fresh bread , eggs , wine and a home made sponge cake waiting for us . the cottage was lovely , very clean , up to date and had great charm . the owner could not of been more welcoming and invited all of us to visit all the animals on the farm , we could not resist a visit to the farm shop . the local area was fantastic with plenty of family/dog friendly pubs and lots of places to visit and see . if you want to get away from the hussle and bussle of town/city life then this is the place for you , we all loved it and plan to return very soon"
