Oil central heating with 2 x woodburning stoves. Range cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 2.7 miles. Note: There are small steps throughout the ground floor of the property. Note: There is limited head space on the main staircase to the first floor. Note: Zip/link beds can be made into super-king-size or twin on request. Stables and a paddock are available by negotiation with the Farm.
