Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car in allocated space approx 20 meters from the front door of property. Tiered terrace garden to the rear. 2 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop with Post Office and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Steps inside cottage between rooms, and steps in the garden.

The hills and countryside of Strete encircle the village to the west converge on the coastline forming one of the most visually striking images in the South Hams. There is a post office and general store in the village along with a church. Also discover a small community area where you can picnic and walk your dog.
