Overview
Converted coach house near the city of Lancaster, sleeping six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double, 2 x double. Bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Balloo forms part of a coach house conversion just outside of Lancaster. It comes with three double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a cloakroom and can sleep six people. Inside, it also includes an open-plan living area comprising of a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking, a patio with furniture and 200 acres of grounds with ponds and a river. Balloo is a well-presented property which is ideal for touring the area with the city of Lancaster, Forest of Bowland and Morecambe Bay all easily accessible. The North West of England has something for every discerning traveller. Whether it is the fabulous sandy beaches of its famous seaside resorts or the historic backdrop of some of the country's oldest cities, it has something for everyone.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and cot available on request. Ample off road parking. 200 acres of grounds with ponds and river, patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Children and pets to be supervised due to pond and river in grounds.
