Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Children over 12 welcome. Public parking nearby, parking permit provided. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: 5'8" doorway between living room and kitchen, mind your head.
