Gas central heating with woodburner. Gas oven and hob, fridge, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Gas BBQ. Off-road parking for two cars. Furniture, hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop (Waitrose and Lidl) 3 miles and pub 1 mile. Note: Owners will allow guests to use their washing machine on request.

The village of Hatt offers a shop, post office and pub. Close by is the town of Saltash, plus there are woodland and riverside walks in the area and within driving distance are a number of National Trust properties. Hatt is a great base for a Cornish holiday at whatever time of year you decide to visit.

"Stayed at Tamar Lodge early December, wonderful week, Lodge has everything, hot-tub not overlooked, heating warmed the place up in no time. Lit the log burner twice, but heating is so efficient you dont really need it. Welcome pack on arrival as well. Fabulous getaway. Food in the Notter Bridge in was superb"
