This is a detached 200 year old, grade 2 listed building situated in a Baptist cemetery in delightful Wirksworth and can sleep two people in one bedroom. All ground floor. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with 1 x double bed. Shower room with shower, basin and WC.
The Retreat is a detached, re-invented Baptist chapel set as an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining, sitting and a double bed with separate shower room. There is an outdoor seating area around the back of the property, ideal to sit and reflect with beautiful surrounding views in a peaceful graveyard. The Retreat is a tranquil and calming place to bring a loved one and explore the interesting town of Wirksworth.

Electric underfloor heating and electric radiators. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Road side parking and free car park nearby. Seating area at rear. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Please note: The Retreat may not be suitable for people with mobility problems or wheelchair users as there are steps down into the graveyard and a slope down to the property. There is also a step inside.
