Combi gas boiler. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. TV with Freeview and BT sports, access to Netflix and Prime TV, WIFI. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed garden with patio area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 1 minute walk, shop 5 minute walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: Children must be supervised at all times in the garden due to the steep steps. Note: The twin bedroom is up steeps stairs and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The property is entered via a number of outside steps, and therefore starts on the first floor. Note: The fires in the property are for decorative purposes only. Note: Parking is available in a nearby public car park approximately 5 minutes away.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Limpet Cottage. This is a comfortable, well-equipped cottage, right overlooking the harbour, with everything you need for a great holiday. The house has a light and airy feel, and beautiful character fireplaces in every room. We made the most of having the restaurants and shops so close by, and we didn't need to use the car at all during our stay. We will definitely visit Limpet Cottage again."
"Limpet cottage is a traditional fisher mans' cottage which has been which has been improved to meet modern standards - without losing the traditional features and relaxing family feel .The kitchen is small but well equipped and the views from dining area are amazing. There is courtyard area at the back, perfect to sit out on summer evenings with a glass of wine. Brixham Harbour is on the doorstep and It is an 'oasis', always buzzing and we found a multitude of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants serving a wide variety of food including freshly caught fish of all kinds - no need for me to cook.!! I also enjoyed wandering around the town centre, with it's many small shops. There are beautiful walks around the coast for the more energetic visitors. Ferries and buses took us to other Torbay areas so no need to drive just admire the view. This was a lovely relaxing holiday and we can't wait to go back to Limpet Cottage."
