Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Large, enclosed lawned garden with seating area and BBQ. Secure bike storage. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles. Note: Check-in is 4pm and check out 10am. Note: the twin room is accessed via a double room.

Houseman's poem, A Shropshire Lad, defined Clun as 'the quietest place under the sun', and with its dramatic ruin of a Norman castle, Saxon church, the bustling river which flows under the 14th century pack horse bridge, and a country inn, Clun is a rural gem situated in the South Shropshire Hills. It lies on the Shropshire Way in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to the border of Wales, an area known as The Marches.

"We recently stayed here with some friends. What a lovely cottage full of character. The location is amazing and full of beautiful scenery. The cottage is well equipped and maintained to a high standard. The cottage is cozy and comfortable. Although the weather was damp and cold the cottage remained nice and toasty with the heaters and log burner. There is plenty see and do in the surrounding areas. We enjoyed this break so much that we will certainly be returning soon. "
