There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed, rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Lockton Cottage is a lovely base for your fun-filled holiday. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking to the rear of the cottage for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 3 mins walk. Note: This property has fairly steep cottage stairs. Note: This property is on the main road (A170) into Pickering but is secondary glazed.

Pickering is a market town offering traditional shops, pubs and restaurants and serves as the official gateway to the North York Moors National Park. The Beck Isle Museum is well worth visit, plus take a ride on the steam railway. There are wonderful walking routes nearby, whilst the City of York and the Heritage Coast are just half an hour's drive away.
