A lovely, detached bungalow on the Rosecraddoc Holiday Bungalows near Liskeard, with two bedrooms accommodating five people. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin (one with child's pull-out bed, suitable for up to 14 years). Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Merryfield Haven is a lovely little holiday home on the Rosecraddoc Holiday Bungalows near Liskeard. The property is detached and set solely on the ground floor, with two bedrooms. There is a room with a double bed and a twin room with one of the beds having a pull-out bed and a TV and DVD player. The living space is open plan and includes a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area so you can all gather together and plan what to do each day, or relax after a day out and about while dinner is being cooked. There is off road parking outside for two cars and a patio with furniture so you can sit outside when it's sunny. Perfect for families, Merryfield Haven is a wonderful choice for a holiday exploring the border between Cornwall and Devon.

Electric wall heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games, and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture. Shared use of fishing lake. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Bar and restaurant on adjacent Rosecraddoc village 2 mins walk away. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Licence is required for on-site fishing subject to availability and there is a charge payable locally. Note: Due to fishing lake at Rosecraddoc Manor, children must be supervised at all times.
