Fuel and power inc. in rent, honesty box for open fire. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed rear lawn and patio garden with furniture. Roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 minute walk, pub 2 minute walk. Note: External WC in garden, for use in summer only. Note: 8 external steps leading up to property so take care, and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
