Oil central heating with underfloor heating in hall and wet room. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio, selection of books, DVDs, CDs and board games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Ramp to front door. Paved rear garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 min walk. Although the property does not have wifi, owner is happy to provide her password for her router which will hopefully provide some internet coverage.

Burtle is a small village within the Vale of Avalon in Somerset. Burtle is a superb base from which to visit many attractions and interesting places including; the town of Street, Glastonbury, Wells, Burnham-on-Sea and Cheddar Gorge, plus good walking and cycling routes are available in the area.

"The perfect location for a quiet and relaxed holiday with the option of day trips to the beach and other sites of interest such as Chedder ,Wells and Glastonbury all less than an hours drive away .One of the local pubs does good value home cooked meals and is within "staggering" distance of the bungalow would recommend a holiday here"
