LPG gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, TV with Freeview and DVD, Wifi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio garden with pizza oven. Private two seater hot tub with robes provided. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4.5 miles. Note: Enclosed garden is to the rear of the property, accessed externally to the front.
