There is also a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room. To the outside is a lawned garden with patio furniture and 2.5 acres of surrounding land. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. Old Hammetts is the perfect holiday cottage in a rural location. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed.
