The Cottage is a detached property situated in the quiet village of Llanfair Talhaiarn, surrounded by Welsh countryside. It boasts three bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower room and another double accessed through the single room, sleeping five people altogether. There is also a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory. To the outside is free parking in a nearby car park and your very own private garden with a picnic bench and patio area. The Cottage offers the perfect escape to Wales, with abundant walking and cycling in the area. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

LPG gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, washer/dryer, BT TV with Netflix and Amazon prime, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Free parking in local car park about 75 yards away. Multi-level garden with picnic bench, love seat and patio area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Note: With the property being built on the hillside, there are steps in the garden and uneven surfaces, care to be taken at all times. Note: Access to the second bedroom is via the single room. Note: The woodburner in the dining room is for decorative purposes only. Note: There is no vehicle access to this property

This village is situated on the River Elwy, some five miles from the North Wales coastline, with a Post Office and two pubs. Abergele is within easy reach and is renowned for the Gwrych Castle, while the Offa's Dyke pathway, the Clwydian Hill Range and Betws-y-Coed are all close by. Llandudno is also well worth a visit as is the coastal resort of Colwyn Bay.
