Outside there is off-road parking for five cars and a rear patio area with furniture, a corner sofa and a hot tub. Trearddur View is the ideal property for a family getaway. TV with Freeview, Netflix, DVD player, table football, a selection of books, games and DVDs, WiFi, Bluetooth sound system with unlimited access to Spotify music and an XBOX. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 5 cars. Bike storage. Front lawned enclosed garden with bistro table and chairs set. Rear enclosed patio with modern, comfy, corner rattan sofa, table and chairs with hot tub under gazebo as well as fire pit/BBQ with benches. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 2 min walk. Note: due to regular hot tub maintenance, this may not always be up to temperature on your arrival. Note: The check in time for this property is 5pm. Note: Pull out sofa bed located in lounge available to sleep an additional 2 people. Note: Dining room table can extend to sit 12 people.

Trearddur Bay is a seaside village in Anglesey, Wales. Offering easy access to a picturesque beach, and plenty of local shops and pubs in the area. Venture towards Holyhead Gold Club, which offers two courses, and 18-hole and a 9-hole, ideal for all types of guests. Or take a boat trip and enjoy a day fishing. With horse riding, kayaking and sailing opportunities - you will struggle to find the time to fit everything into one holiday!

"We have had a lovely week at Treaddhur View. The house is light and airy and thanks to the open plan kitchen, dining area and living room really sociable for the whole family to chat while people are cooking. The addition of the hot tub is brilliant and was used pretty much every night. The house was clean and well equipped and the decor is fab. The house is only a few minutes walk from the beach along an easy flat pavement. Our only diasppointment is that we tried to book for the same week next summer but the price has gone up by such a huge amount that we couldn't justify the extra when there are still similar houses in the area next year for this year's cost."
"Just back from a week staying in this wonderful house. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and plenty of room for a party of eight. The games and books in the conservatory are great if the weather isn't good and the hot tub is an added bonus (it was used every day). If you want a lovely, comfy holiday rental in a great location for the beach, shops and restaurants then this is it."
