A semi-detached cottage set close to Blackawton in Devon, sleeping four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double with en-suite shower over bath, basin and WC, 1 x twin (full size single beds) (accessed through double bedroom only. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room. External shared games room with bar. Shared indoor heated pool with shower, basin and WC (shared with the owners only).
Wood View Cottage is a two bedroom property near the Devon village of Blackawton. It includes two bedrooms which are made up of a double with an en-suite and a twin room which can only be accessed via stairs through the double, the property can sleep four people. The interior also comes with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room, along with a shared indoor swimming pool with a shower room and a shared games room with a bar. To the outside you will find plenty of off-road parking, 3.5 acres of gardens and two patio areas with furniture, one with a barbecue. Wood View Cottage is a lovely cottage served by excellent facilities and in a find location for a holiday in Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Oil heating. Electric range cooker. Fridge, freezer, washing machine. tumble dryer, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. 3.5 acres of grounds with unfenced pond, patio area with furniture, patio area with BBQ and furniture. Shared use of owners indoor swimming pool on prior arrangement. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Swimming pool available 9am-5pm every day, and other times on prior arrangement with owners, it is shared with the owners. Note: Children to be supervised when outside due to unfenced pond. Note: En-suite bathroom in double room is only bathroom in property. Note: Stairs up to children's twin bedroom (full size single beds), the room has low head height so please take care. Note: 3 steps from living area to double bedroom. Note: Maximum stay of 14 nights only

Blackawton is a village on the outskirts of the South Devon AONB, with a pub and a shop. The area is bursting with scenic walking country with the South Hams right on your doorstep. Dartmouth is within reach by car and is certainly worth the trip.
