Garden and driveway at front and enclosed rear garden with lawn, picnic bench. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk. Beach 2 miles.

"Booked this for a family break children aged 5 and 2. The property has everything you need to use as a base. Washer, dish washer, cooker, fridge freezer, netflix and WiFi all included, as are towels and a lovely welcome pack. Upon arrival the hosts met us to show us round, the property is lovely and clean and very homely. A collection of board games are included for entertainment The area is very quiet so a peaceful nights sleep Shops within walking distance and only minutes from a beach. We cooked in the home every evening and the kitchen equipment is perfect with everything you need. We will be booking again "
"Lovely clean accommodation in great location. Hosts made extra efforts to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend! We visited the School house pub for dinner, seal sanctuary, Newquey, Falmouth, jogged down to Porthtowan beach for breakfast and ran in to the sea on Boxing Day. Wish we had longer!"
