Gas central heating with multi-fuel stove. Underfloor heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Enclosed garden to the rear with decked patio and lawned area. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: Decked pathway and one step up to access cottage.
