Oil central heating, electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WIFI and a selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring your own towels for the hot tub. Ample off-road parking. Patio with hot tub and furniture. Stairgate, highchair & travel cot available on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Note: Hot tub is cleaned on changeover and can take up to 24 hours to be ready. Note: Check in time for the property is 5pm. Note: Property is suitable for couples or families.
