Sorry, no smoking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Shops, pubs, restaurants and train station all within a short drive. Unspoilt beach less than a mile away. Note: property only suitable for 2 adults and one infant. Note: access to property from parking space is via a narrow gravelled path alongside the property. Note: there is a small holding behind the property with occasional use of a tractor.
