Pheasant Cottage is a ground floor barn conversion in Minster Lovell, Oxfordshire. It is located up a little gravel track with fields to either side of the barn so you can stretch your legs or sit and admire the surrounding countryside. Inside you will find a living room with exposed beams for that countryside cottage feel. A spacious fitted kitchen and dining area. There is also a utility and cloakroom with WC. They have one king-size bedroom and one twin bedroom with a separate bath and shower room and WC. Ample off road parking is available for two cars. There is a private paved terrace to the rear with a table and chairs and a barbecue, overlooking the surrounding farmland. Pheasant Cottage is excellent for small families interested in a remote countryside break. Please note no travel cot available. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available. No travel cot please bring your own, if needed. Ample off-road parking for 2 cars. Private terrace with table and chair and BBQ. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Note: Whilst property is all on one level, there is gravel around the property and steps into the entrance. Note: "Only 4 people SLEEPING in the cottage at one time including infants"
