Electric wall heaters. 4 ring electric hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave. Flatscreen TV, DVD, WIFI. Fuel and power and starter pack inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off road parking. Travel cot. Private enclosed patio with BBQ, shared use of owners grounds. One pet welcome, please be aware owner has 3 friendly dogs on site, Sorry no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 3 miles. Note: Children only over six years old and babies in arms welcome. Note: There are washing facilities on site for guests use, but these are not within the property.
