Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared patio area with furniture and separate shared lawned area. Sorry no smoking. Access is via a narrow driveway between 2 properties, if this not suitable for your mode of transport please note alternative unrestricted parking can be found on street nearby on a first come first serve basis. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Second floor bedroom is accessed through the first floor bedroom via steep stairs, this may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Stairs to first floor are steep which may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
