This holiday cottage is situated in Ducklington, Oxfordshire and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Five bedrooms: 2 x ground floor king size double, 1 x ground floor twin, 1 x first floor king size double, 1 x twin accessed via bedroom 4 Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC, ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC, first floor shower room with shower basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Living room with woodburner. External Annexe/games room with TV, pool table.

"Superb, very well equipped, welcome with delicious home made cake,milk,bread and all basics. Modern ,light, lovely decor in beautiful surroundings. Mote than adequate for our needs and would definitely stay again and recommend highly. Family members arrived from Wales, Quebec and New Forest, 3 generations, an ideal venue for us all to spend a happy memorable 5 day break together."
