Cleeveley Cottage is a cottage that can be found in Holwell, Oxfordshire. The cottage, which dates back to the 16th Century, has undergone considerable renovation creating a stunning holiday home. Internally there many period features including a Tudor stone fireplace with a wood burner, mullion windows, flagstone floors and exposed beams. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with an open fire, dining area and a fitted kitchen. On the first floor you will find one king-size bedroom, with a separate bathroom and WC. Located on the second floor is one twin bedroom and one snug room with a double sofa, as well as a cloakroom and WC. There is a walled garden area with a bench and seating provided, as well as a barbecue. Cleeveley Cottage is the ideal vacation spot for parents and their little ones. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Holwell, Oxfordshire is a short drive away from one of the most famous of the Cotswolds town, Burford. With its medieval bridge, old stone houses and attractive Tudor and Georgian frontages, Burford is justifiably one of the most picturesque towns in England. Often referred to as the 'Gateway to the Cotswolds', the town was originally a fortified Anglo-Saxon ford which later grew to be an important regional crossroads and wealthy wool town. Burford is now very popular with visitors, both for its beauty and history but also for its shopping and antiques, and for the wide variety of places to eat, with restaurants, pubs and teashops.
