Pippin is a ground floor, semi-detached cottage in Martin, Hampshire. Inside you will find an open plan living room with a wood burning stove, a dining area and fitted kitchen. It has underfloor heating for those winter months. They have one king-size bedroom and one twin bedroom with a separate family bathroom. Outside you will find a private garden with a Cotswold stone pathway, housed with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is a communal barn to the side of the property which acts as a sitting area and games room. It has an L shaped sofa, pool table and an extra kitchen and dining area which is open for guests to use free of charge. Ample private parking is available. Pippin is an excellent cottage for those family breaks. Hampshire offers a wealth of treasures, from rolling countryside, unspoilt beaches, glorious gardens and pretty villages to ancient forests, bustling market towns, historic ships and imposing castles.

Between Pippin the adjoining property Russet, there is a large communal barn comprising of a sitting area with L-Shaped sofa, and woodburning stove, games area with pool table, a dining area with table and seating. Cot and highchair provided. Off road parking for one car. Two small well behaved dogs or 1 large dog welcome. Shop 0.25 miles, pub 3.7 miles.

This ground floor cottage is in Martin, Hampshire. It is surrounded by stunning countryside views with excellent opportunities for walking, riding and cycling. Martin is a community village with stores and a daily food market. There are many pubs, including The Compasses Inn in Damerham, a few miles away. It also has a church of Norman origins. The property is close to Martin Down, a large area of chalk downland which supports a huge range of wild flowers, birds and butterflies. It has been named a National Nature Reserve.
