This wonderful detached, white stone cottage is situated on the outskirts of Helston, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, electric shower over, basin and WC. First-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with electric fire. Snug with woodburning stove. Conservatory.
Goosecott is a delightful detached cottage based on the outskirts of Helston, Cornwall. Hosting two bedrooms: one double and one twin, sleeping a total of four guests and served by a family bathroom and cloakroom. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room with an electric fire and a snug room with a woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Goosecott is a wonderful choice for a family holiday to rural Cornwall.

Oil central heating, woodburning stove, electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile and pub 1.3 miles. Note: There are steep stairs inside and care must be taken. Note: There is livestock surrounding the property.

Helston is a town and civil parish resting within Cornwall, England and is close to the picturesque Lizard Peninsula.
