Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, combi oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Rear enclosed garden with lawned area and bike storage (available on request). One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: If guests wants access to the shed for bike storage please contact the owner for the code.

This village of Ballater features a neat village green, specialist shops, charming tea rooms and granite cottages, all adding to its gentle ambience. The River Dee flows through Ballater and is well-renowned for its salmon fishing during the fishing season. Royal Deeside is so-called because of its connection to the Royal Family, who have frequently visited the town since the time of Queen Victoria.
