Woodview is a cosy cottage boasting lots of character, located in the small village of Sandplace on the outskirts of Looe. It comprises two bedrooms; a double and a family room with children's bunks and a single bed, sleeping four guests. There is also a bathroom, kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. To the exterior is off-road parking for one car, with access on a narrow, steep lane, as well as a decked area with furniture and BBQ. Woodview offers a beautiful setting with views over the trees tops towards the coast.

Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for one car, access on narrow steep lane. Decked area with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.1 miles, pub 1.9 miles, beach 2.4 miles. Note: Stairs are steep and sorry, there is no washing machine
