Electric heating (night storage heaters) and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. TV with Freeview, CD/DVD, iPod dock, telephone (honesty box), WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Car park 400 yards at the top of the bank (permit provided from March - October). Balcony and small courtyard. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 100 yards. Note: Limited mobile phone signal, therefore landline is provided. Note: Owner may accept one more pet on request. Note: This property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility due to a steep climb to local car park.

The seaside village of Staithes is surrounded by high craggy cliffs on three sides and there is a sheltered sandy beach set amongst the rocky coastline. Staithes has a good selection of pubs, shops and tea rooms. The best views of the town can be enjoyed from the Cleveland Way which runs down the cliffside to the sea's edge.
