Oil AGA type cooker and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one small/medium car outside the property and parking for larger cars to the rear. Enclosed garden with lawned area and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles and pub 7 mins walk. Note: Steps between rooms, not suitable for those with limited mobility or the elderly.

In the village, there is a wide range of shops as well as four pubs. Chagford also has more active facilities such as public tennis court and an open-air swimming pool to enjoy at your leisure. It is a town of great history, home to the Three Crowns Hotel which dates back to the 1200's. Chagford is well known for its culture, hosting film, literary and music festivals in the town as well as an annual running race, known as Two Hills Race.
