Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking and room for a small boat/canoe. Rear garden with lawn area and a decked area with furniture to the front. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and shop within 0.25 miles.
