Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden to the rear with furniture and lawn area to the front. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 9 mins walk and pub 1 mile. The property is on a small incline. Note: Garage for secure storage and utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
