Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
10 Water's Edge is a lodge located in Lanreath, Cornwall and is perched overlooking the scenic lake on the Stonerush Halt Lodge Park. Inside has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. There is a king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, and one twin bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. Outside has a spacious terrace, decking area, with your own private hot tub and a table and chairs provided. Off-road parking is available for one car. 10 Water's Edge is an excellent cottage for those family breaks.

Lanreath is a village in South East Cornwall, five miles West of Looe. Lanreath is rural in character with a local shop and Post Office as well as a parish church. The Stonerush Lakes lodge park is an ideal location for touring Cornwall, with easy access to Bodmin Moor, and the South West Coast Path walks being right on your doorstep it is a perfect retreat for keen walkers, or those just wanting to explore the beautiful Cornish countryside and coastline.
