Outdoor private seating area with furniture, sun loungers and BBQ (accessed by steps). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins and pub 7 mins walk.

The old market town of St. Austell lies just a few miles from the south coast, and is famous for its China Clay mining history. "Excellent accommodation everything you would ever need. Welcome pack including fresh milk, bread and wine. & there was even a new toy & treats for your dog. Pat & Chris very friendly, couldn't do enough for you. You also had your own garden with BBQ. Location good for visiting various locations. Would highly recommend it."
