Electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, fridge with ice box, microwave, washer/ dryer, TV with Freesat and DVD player and superfast fibre optic broadband. Selection of DVDs and CDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Allocated parking area for one vehicle. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Please note the sofa bed is for flexibility. Note: Property is on a country road. Note: The apartment is through the main front black door, however it is located in the building to the left which you can see in the photos. Please note this property only accepts children over 12 years of age. Please note: any short breaks of less than a week should fall between a Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.

The rural village of Sneaton is situated just 3 miles from Whitby, and 21 miles from Scarborough. On the main street you will find a local, traditional pub and close by is Beacon Farm, which produces wonderful ice cream and also has a tea room and farm shop. This area is great for walkers with numerous public footpaths can be found around the village, including Monks Trod; an ancient stone path that monks followed to worship.
